Project Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 1,Manage, monitor and analyze key tasks, activities and costs through the multiple phase of the program 2,Manage program contribution, actual vs. quoted in order not to exceed target values set at the start of program 3,Be responsible for program quality planning,establishing and maintaining timing, determining feasibility and assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule 4,Provide leaderships for all core team and support team functions 5,Facilitate communication between all departments and customers as well as suppliers 6,Report all activites in the program from design to costing issues to management on a monthly basis 7,Performs all duties in accordance with IATF16949 ; 8,Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlineed in the desktop procedures, the employee handbook and the emloyee norms 9,Contact with customer directly and coordinate the overall OEM related business activities responsible for internal project transfer

10,Provide timely coaching, counseling and feedback to employees through one-on-one session performance appraisals and team meetings 11,Program monthly meeting & regular weekly meeting (with CFT) 12,Perform other duties as required 13,Compliance with Information Security requirements(P-11.4). 14,Meet the TISAX requirement for confidential information, such as employee ID, social insurance etc Requirements Bachelor degree or above in engineering Minimum 5 years related experience in automotive

Cooperate and orgnized, can make the correct decision

Understanding of program principals and knowledged with cost and quality control

Team leadership experience and good socializing capabilities & negotiating skills
