Project Manager

Key Responsibility

• Maximise Your Pipeline:

i) Act as IPRO business partner for BU Marketing to shape a robust, future-proof portfolio ii) proactively identify synergies, risks and trade-offs across projects to optimise cross-functional resources and iii) maintain clear portfolio governance, data accuracy and reporting to support decisions in LIM, and relevant SteerCo forums.

• Project Management:

i) Lead complex innovation/renovation and pack/medical device projects end-to-end through the IPRO process,

ii) drive acceleration opportunities through a clear risk-based approach, balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance and supply impact and iii) escalate with maturity, providing concise options, mitigation plans and decision needs to senior stakeholders.

• Transformation:

i) Lead the evolution from F4G towards a stronger Technical Validation Meeting (TVM) model ii) own the EU / NZ change-management pipeline linked to China products manufactured and iii) build a structured governance that improves technical decision-making, issue anticipation and cross-project visibility.

KEY PERFORMANCES INDICATOR

• Pipeline Business Partner:

Anticipate portfolio risks, regulatory/business constraints and cross-project dependencies; propose options and trade-offs for decision.

Partner with brand teams to shape portfolio choices with clear IPRO, technical, supply and timing implications.

• Project Leader:

Deliver projects according to brief, timeline, quality, compliance and business ambition, while keeping stakeholders aligned on decisions and changes.

Use risk-based project leadership to unlock acceleration, clarify mitigation, and secure timely support from LIM, or SteerCo when needed.

• Transformation:

Drive F4G / TVM transformation as a strategic technical governance pillar: structure EU / NZ / China supply point topics, own the EU / NZ change-management pipeline for China products, enable decision-making on technical challenges and formalise validation to support project gate progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years project management exprerience.
• Strong business acumen in complex organzation
• Strong verbal, written English and Mandarin skills
