莱茵技术Job Responsibilities： 1.Customized projects design and develop 项目方案定制开发 Develop and design customized new‑retail brand service solutions, audit and consulting projects (e.g., quality, environmental, compliance‑related audit programmes) based on client requirements and market trends. Collaborate with the sales team to design competitive technical solutions in response to client tender documents and requirements, and participate in technical clarification sessions.

Education 教育背景 Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Environmental Science, Chemistry or other related science disciplines are preferred. 本科及以上学历，环境、化学等理科相关专业优先，专业功底扎实者可放宽。 2. Working experience 工作经验 Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply‑chain management, or 2nd‑party / 3rd‑party audit roles (e.g. supply‑chain compliance, quality / environmental / safety‑related supply‑chain audits). 5 年及以上供应链管理、第二方 / 第三方审核相关工作经验（聚焦供应链合规、质量 / 环境 / 安全审核方向）； Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain consulting or audit project development, management and delivery, including project design, system framework building, and development of audit procedures / standards. 3 年及以上供应链咨询 / 审核项目开发、管理、实施经验（含项目设计、体系搭建、审核流程 / 标准开发等）； Prior experience providing technical support for large‑client projects is preferred.
Candidates with background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry, consulting firms, or supply‑chain management for brands / new‑retail businesses are highly preferred. 优先录用：有大型客户项目技术支持经验、TIC 行业（检测 / 检验 / 认证）、咨询公司、品牌 / 新零售供应链管理工作经历者。 3.
Competencies专业技能 Solid practical knowledge of supply‑chain management; in‑depth understanding of supply‑chain risk management, supplier assessment, compliance management and sustainability. 精通供应链管理实践，深度掌握供应链风险管理、供应商评估、合规管理、可持续发展等核心领域； Familiarity with mainstream management‑system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Hands‑on experience in management‑system or supply‑chain audit projects is a plus. 熟悉 ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001 等主流管理体系标准，有相关审核项目经验优先； Strong documentation skills: able to independently draft proposals, standards, work instructions and technical bid documents. 具备优秀文档编写能力，可独立完成方案、标准、作业指导书、技术标书撰写； Competent in data analysis and report presentation; proficient in MS Office and collaborative tools. 熟练使用 Office 及协作工具，具备数据分析、报告呈现能力。 4. Language & Interpersonal Skills 语言与软实力 Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
Able to prepare English‑language technical proposals and bid documents independently, and conduct business and technical communications in English‑speaking contexts. 英语听说读写流利，可独立编写英文技术方案、标书，胜任全英文商务 / 技术沟通； Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English; capable of delivering clear technical briefings and training to clients and internal teams. 中英文演示、表达能力突出，能清晰对接客户、开展内部技术培训； Strong cross‑cultural communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate efficiently with global and regional teams. 具备跨文化沟通、团队协作能力，可高效协同全球 / 区域团队推进工作。
