Responsibility职责： 1.Take ownership on the assigned projects and drive for expected standards and delivery on schedule 管理所负责的项目，确保项目的进度和质量 2.Prioritize projects and properly allocate resources and time 区分项目优先级，适当分配资源和时间 3.Forecast issues and challenges and get prepared with early planned countermeasures 预见问题和挑战，并提前规划应对方案 4.Monitor project progression against each milestone and alert project team on concerns, risks, and issues 监督项目进度，就项目进展过程中的问题和风险向项目成员作出预警 5.Ensure proper escalation of critical issues while proposing mitigation actions 关键问题及时上报，并建议相应的应对措施 6.Acquire necessary resources to tackle the challenge and roadblocks to make sure the projects be on their tracks 争取必要的资源，克服项目开展过程当中的挑战和障碍，确保项目按计划进行 7.Understand customer expectations and act with existing and potential customers in mind 了解客户的需求，开展业务要以客户和潜在客户为导向 8.Build and sustain constructive and productive relations with both external and internal customers 与内部和外部客户建立和维护高效的、建设性的协作关系 9.Encourage open dialogues to foster trust and collaborative commitment to deliver project results 鼓励开诚布公的沟通、促进信任和协作，以交付项目成果 10.Improve commitment, collaboration and synergy among the project team members 提高项目成员的敬业和协作 Qualifications要求 /: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields 本科及以上，机械、电气、自动化、工业工程、项目管理等相关专业 2. 5 years of experience in new product development / project management in the manufacturing industry.3. 3 years of experience in the elevator, elevator components, automotive parts, or electromechanical industry is preferred 5年以上制造业新产品开发 / 项目管理经验,3年以上电梯、电梯零部件、汽车零部件或机电行业经验优先 3. Familiar with the full new product development process: project initiation, prototyping, DV/PV, certification, PPAP, and SOP 熟悉新产品开发全流程：立项、样件、DV/PV、认证、PPAP、SOP 4.

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, ECN/ECO, 8D, and other related processes 熟悉 APQP、PPAP、DFMEA、PFMEA、ECN/ECO、8D 等流程 5. Capable of independently managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and changes 能独立管理范围、进度、成本、质量、风险、变更 6. Able to coordinate cross-functional resources including R&D, process engineering, quality, procurement, production, and suppliers 能协调研发、工艺、质量、采购、生产、供应商等跨部门资源。 7.

Able to drive project delivery according to milestones and SOP deadlines 能推动项目按里程碑和 SOP 节点交付 8. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; English can be used as a working language 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言 9. Strong communication and coordination, organizational drive, and ability to work under pressure.
