Your Mission | 您的使命

As an Innovation & Prototyping Engineer within the Innovation team, you will design and develop innovative banking card prototypes for our international clients. Serving as a true interface between design, R&D, production and customers, you will transform innovative concepts into functional, aesthetic and industrializable prototypes.

Responsibilities | 岗位职责

• Design and develop innovative banking card prototypes that meet aesthetic, technical and industrial requirements | 设计和开发满足美学、技术和工业要求的创新银行卡原型
• Assess technical feasibility of new concepts and propose appropriate manufacturing solutions | 评估新概念的技术可行性，并提出适当的制造解决方案
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define appropriate manufacturing processes (printing, lamination, chip integration, NFC antenna, special finishes, etc.) | 与研发团队密切合作，定义适当的制造工艺（印刷、层压、芯片集成、NFC天线、特殊表面处理等）
• Identify, source and qualify new materials from suppliers | 识别、采购和鉴定供应商提供的新材料
• Lead technical exchanges with external partners and suppliers | 主导与外部合作伙伴和供应商的技术交流
• Define and document industrialization guides for prototypes intended for clients | 定义和编制为客户设计的原型工业化指南
• Support production sites during industrial transfer and deployment of new solutions | 在工业转移和新解决方案部署期间为生产基地提供支持
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients on functional, technical and aesthetic aspects of products | 为内部团队和客户提供产品功能、技术和美学方面的技术支持
• Participate in technical reviews with industrial sites | 参与与工业基地的技术评审
• Contribute to innovation and co-creation workshops with Design, Marketing, R&D teams and clients | 参与与设计、市场营销、研发团队和客户的创新和共创研讨会
• Conduct technology watch on new materials, processes and market trends | 进行新材料、工艺和市场趋势的技术监测

Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in graphic industries, printing, materials, mechanics, prototyping, machining or equivalent technical field | 平面印刷、印刷、材料、机械、原型制作、机械加工或同等技术领域的学士学位至硕士学位
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial, prototyping, product innovation or technical development environment | 在工业、原型制作、产品创新或技术开发环境中至少3-5年的工作经验
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator | 精通Adobe Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies (offset, screen printing, inkjet) | 对印刷技术（胶印、丝网印刷、喷墨）有深入了解
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and new product industrialization | 了解工业制造工艺和新产品工业化
• Ability to work with innovative materials and collaborate with technical suppliers | 能够使用创新材料并与技术供应商合作
