Purchasing Engineer

• Supplier performance review, facilitate and drive supplier continuous improvement. 供应商绩效评估，促进和推动供应商持续改进
• Create short and long-term plans for sourcing actives, create and submit saving to meet assigned target. 制定采购的短期和长期计划，创建并提交以节约成本为目标的订单分配。
• Works cross functionally with other departments to understand needs and strategic direction to ensure that the department is aligned to meet client's requirements. 与其他部门进行跨职能合作，了解需求， 确保该部门与客户需求保持一致。
• Identify and address impedances to low cost supply opportunities and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the financial goals of the department. 找出并解决对降低成本供应问题，并制定预算/政策/程序以支持部门的财务目标
• Conducting general market research in various categories. 按所需要进行各种类别一般市场研究。
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. 履行主管指定的其他相关职责。 Requirements:
• Mechanical or Electromechanical Bachelor’s degree 机械或机电学士学位
• More than 5 years related experience 5年以上采购相关经验
• Food/medical equipment experience could be plus 食品/医疗设备行业经验优先
