该职位来源于猎聘 PV Performance Engineer: Opportunity for an experienced PV Performance Engineer to join the PV Energy Resource team. Lightsource bp is seeking a senior professional to provide internal support in the development and analysis of PV plant performance models. The main part of the role will involve performing PVsyst simulations and Energy Yield Assessments (EYA) for projects in development and operational stages.

The role includes the use of various meteorological databases, review and advice on simulations prepared by Technical Advisors and EPC contractors, as well as collaborating with Commercial Engineering on performance modelling. The role also includes supporting performance testing, using SCADA and monitoring systems to extract and analyse operational data to validate assumptions and update models. Knowledge of meteorological databases and advanced PV performance parameters is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing PVsyst simulation and full Energy Yield Assessments (EYA).
• Using various meteorological databases for projects worldwide.
• Review and advise on TA and EPC simulations.
• Liaising with Commercial Engineering to support EYA modelling.
• Supporting performance acceptance testing after project completion.
• Extracting and analysing SCADA data from the monitoring system to update modelling assumptions and assess operational performance. Knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of PV plant performance, including PR and energy losses.
• Proven experience in conducting EYA.
• Familiarity with international performance testing standards. Work Skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Strong skills in PVsyst and MS Office.

Experience Required

Education And Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics or other relevant discipline.
