Job Responsibilities：

The Development Engineer is to drive innovation, integration, and technical delivery across our enterprise platforms. This role is central to translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, managing critical system integrations, and leveraging cutting-edge tools—including AI-assisted development—to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.

1.Platform Development & Maintenance

-Execute development and customization on enterprise platforms.

-Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations to support operational and strategic needs.

2.Application Integration & System Architecture

-Lead the design and implementation of application-to-application integrations across internal and external systems.

-Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

3.Solution Design & Delivery

-Collaborate with business stakeholders and site teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.

-Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in alignment with business priorities and timelines.

4.AI-Augmented Development

-Utilize AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development cycles.

-Review, refine, and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.

5.Third-Party Project Management

-Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving external vendors and contractors, including scope definition, milestone tracking, risk assessment, and quality assurance.

-Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and third-party developers or service providers.

6.Continuous Improvement

-Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems, automate processes, and improve development efficiency using modern tools and practices.

-Other tasks from the manager or the company.

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

2.Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience with enterprise reporting and integration platforms (e.g., Fine Report, CEDL, Hub Grade, or similar).

3.Demonstrated experience in managing third-party development projects, including vendor coordination and deliverable oversight.

4.Proficient in relevant programming languages, with Python preferred (such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)

5.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
