Copenhagen stores receive many goods every month: products such as toys, office supplies, personal care, home accessories, electronics etc. Stores are located in many European countries, as well as in Japan, Korea, Middle East and more countries to come.

This is the job

As Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for reducing risks, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence by ensuring that products and processes consistently meet or exceed quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ/supplier/factory/inspection companies on inspection booking activities.
• Operation in several IT systems on the inspection booking and follow ups.
• Responsible for the Pre production samples/Shipment samples in-out management and related data management.
• Review PPS/SS samples and reports.
• Communication with suppliers/factories/inspection companies on the report findings
• Cross function team(SH&DK) communication about the discrepancy in the PPS/SS/inspection report.
• Review quality tickets&stop sales&recall to drive improvement
• Training to new supplier and support on the onboarding.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications
• At least college graduated, CET-4 or above preferred, fluent in writing and oral English
• Around 3-5 years relevant work experience in a 3rd party or a brand company
• Retail working experience will be a plus
• Familiar with inspection process/booking.
• Experience about the product quality of toys, personal care, home accessories etc
• Good skills of office software (Word, excel, etc.)
• Responsible, careful, hardworking and trustful person
• Good team player with open, dynamic spirit and good communication skills As a person you must be passionate, efficient, proactive and detail oriented with high sense of integrity. You are used to work under short deadlines, act and communicate professionally with a positive attitude and team-player mindset – also during busy periods.
