Secure that products meet Safe, durable >3 years and fully functional, initiate quality continuous improvements.

• Conduct on-site quality inspections at suppliers’ facilities to verify compliance with product specifications, packaging, and labeling standards.
• Identify and address defects through root cause analysis, provide immediate on-site corrective actions and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Coach and collaborate with suppliers to meet Rusta’s quality requirements, improving their quality management systems, production processes, and overall performance.
• Leading production process controls and ensures consistent adherence to Rusta’s standards throughout manufacturing and rework processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.
• Build trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal teams, fostering transparency and effective collaboration.
• Support Rusta’s quality goals by ensuring that customers perceive products as offering Great Value for Money.

• Be familiar with multiple consumer product categories, preferably including solar products, christmas lighting and decorations, ceramic/polyresin products, footwear or similiar products
