质量工程师 Quality Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks and Responsibilities：

• Quality responsible for projects in its whole lifecycle from development to EOP, the responsibilities: 在项目的整个生命周期（从开发到最终交付）佛如质量工作，具体职责如下：
• New project phase; includes quality plan establishment, measurement/ test method/ fixture/ jig evaluation, MSA/ SPC study, quality documents such as control plan and inspection WIs (inc. PIS, VIS and boundary sample) preparation, launch control, yield monitoring, customer quality agreement review and PPAP package preparation and submission; 新项目阶段：包括质量计划的制定、测量/测试方法/夹具/夹具装置评估、MSA/SPC 研究、质量文件的准备（如控制计划和检验工作单（包括 PIS、VIS 和边界样本））、启动控制、良率监控、客户质量协议审查以及 PPAP 包的准备和提交；
• Mass production phase; monitor yield and internal COPQ, trouble shooting. 大规模生产阶段：监控良率和内部 COPQ，进行故障排查；
• Conduct the processing of customer complaint, monitor external COPQ and PPM. 处理客户投诉，监控外部 COPQ 和 PPM；
• Conduct self-assessment and customer surveillance audit. 进行自我评估和客户监督审核.
• Work with lab assistant/ IPQC/FQC team, communicate and allocate, handle the improvement of daily escalated quality issue.

与实验室助理/过程检验员/最终检验员团队合作，进行沟通与分配，处理日常出现的严重质量问题的改进事宜。

• Participate in internal system audits regarding Quality/ Environmental/ Safety systems. 参与有关质量/环境/安全系统的内部系统审核。
• Participate in internal training as quality trainer, instruct shop floor quality colleagues regarding basic quality tools. 担任内部培训师，向车间质量人员讲解基本的质量工具。
• Participate in continuous improvement projects. 参与持续改进项目。
• Other tasks assigned by quality manager. 质量经理安排的其他工作。 Education and Experience：
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Material Engineering, Machinery Engineering or related area or equivalent experience. 化学、材料工程、机械工程或相关领域的学士学位，或具有同等工作经验。
• At least 5 years working experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering in rubber industry.

  Experience of team management is plus. 至少拥有 5 年在橡胶行业从事质量或工艺工程相关工作的经验。具有团队管理经验者优先。

• Familiar with quality management systems such as IATF16949, ISO13485, VDA6.3 and regular 5 quality tools etc. 熟悉诸如 IATF16949、ISO13485、VDA6.3 以及常见的 5 种质量工具等质量管理体系。
• Experienced in 8D, 5Why and so on. 具备 8D、5Why等方法的实践经验。
• Capable on both external and internal audits. 既能进行外部审计，也能进行内部审计。
• Good quality sense. 良好的质量意识。
• Office software, ERP and MINITAB. 熟悉办公软件、企业资源规划系统和 MINITAB 软件。
• Normal or above in both oral and written English. 英语口语和书面语均达到正一般或更高水平。
• Communication skill and team player, good sense of collaboration. 沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神，善于协作配合。
• Knowledge of cleanroom is plus. Green belt is plus. 具备洁净室相关知识者优先。有绿带证书者优先。
