• Preparation of respective instructions, samples and manuals that ensure all product parts meet all standards。（ MP control plan,inspection instruction,ect.).准备相关的检验指导书和标准样件，保证所有产品符合标准.(量产控制计划，检验指导书等）
• Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction，lead customer 8D. 取得相关的资源和支持，使顾客满意,主导客户8D。
• Insure quality performance monitor on place ( SPC, ect), take leadership for quality problem solving

/ corrective & preventive action in quality aspects.

监控产品质量绩效(例如SPC)，领导小组解决质量问题，纠正和预防措施的落实验证

• Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions, performance appraisals and team meetings

通过绩效评估，小组会议等向工厂QC提供及时的指导，帮助，反馈。

• Daily QC record confirm and action for any abnormal condiction.确认日常的QC记录并对任何异常点进行反馈和对策。
• Make sure all master sample and boundary sample in place and effective.确保所有的标准样件和极限样件存在且有效。
• Complete instruction for prcocess inspection gauge and train for QC. 完成制程检验检具的操作指导书并向QC提供培训。
• C3 issue report summary and analysis , take lead to improve till close。 C3问题点汇总和分析,领导问题改进直至解决。
• Follow up with 3rd parts warehouse /

sorting company in case of any quality sorting happens, summary daily report and feedback to plant.

Take lead of any quality issue in 3rd party , take action with team till close.

当任何质量问题发生需要进行第三方仓库或公司sorting时，进行日常的报告汇整以及反馈，并领导进行解决直到问题关闭。

• Completion of pokayoke list for process control . ( 完成产线的防错清单）
• Attend to MRB regular meeting and make action to MRB stock, control MRB volume and approve any parts move the MRB.

参加MRB 评审会议，提供对策，监控MRB 容量并批准任何需要转移到MRB内的产品。

• Completion of MP control plan, inspection WI, process quality document and product validation, assitant on advance quality review.

完成量产的控制计划，检验指导书，制程质量文件以及产品验证，支持前期质量评审。

• Process abnormal notice follow up and close 异常通知单追踪和关闭

14, Support Senior QE for new project PPAP. 配合高级质量工程师完成前期PPAP工作。

• Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee Norms

遵守工厂的制度和程序，员工手册和规范。

• Follow up warranty returns, warranty analysis and work for warranty improvement.

追踪售后退件、售后分析，并实现售后绩效提升。

• Insure work 5S meet company requirement. 确保工作区域的5S符合要求。
• Perform other duties as required
