与客户的产品工程师保持沟通，根据客户对产品的要求对完成设计和校核分析，完成相应的系统测试和整车匹配，并最终获得产品的客户认可。 Keep communication with customer. Analysis and evaluate the requirement from customer and finish the system design work. Pass the testing of components level and vehicle level, and get the approval from customer. 4.
处理内外部技术问题，对内部团队提供技术支持（如质量，采购，生产等） Handle the internal & external technical issues and provide technical support for the teams (Quality, Purchasing, Production, etc.) 5.
根据市场需求改进优化现有产品性能 Optimize the design or improve the performance of existed products to meet the requirements from marketing. 任职要求： 1.本科以上学历，机械或工程类相关专业 Bachelor’s degree above in engineering or mechanical 2. 五年以上机电类产品开发和项目经验，熟悉汽车新产品开发流程 Product and project experience of mechanical and electrical products for at least 5 years. Familiar with new products development, preferably with experience of mechatronics products in automotive. 3. 熟悉IATF16949 质量管理体系，熟悉APQP开发流程 Training in IATF 16949 and APQP development process 4.
沟通和谈判技能，工作热情，分析解决问题能力，抗压能力，持续学习能力 communication and negotiation skills, working enthusiasm, analytical problem-solving ability, resistance to pressure, continuous learning ability 5.
熟练使用CATIA，了解常用开发工具如FEMA, DOE, FEA等 Good command of software CATIA. 6. 良好的英语读、写及口语表达能力 Good written and spoken English
