R&D Engineer

• Optimize the cost and performance of existing products according to customer and company requirements;
• Support technical service engineer to analyze and solve application problems at customer site.
• Other tasks assigned by the leaders. Qualification:
• Bachelor or master degree in chemistry related field
• More than 5 years working experience in liquid coating industry, preferable 10 years for wheel coatings
• Knowledge of the performance of different materials and formulation knowhow；
• Familiar with common analysis methods of liquid paint or dry film;
• Familiar with Minitab、Excel for the analysis of experimental data;
• Skilled in the operation of company's characterization testing equipment;
