• Provide Technical Leadership to support new decorative Product &
  • Process design and development from, a) Conceptual comprehension at design stage b) Product mechanical structure c) Material BOM specification d) Manufacturing process flow and assembly e) Reliability tests- functional and environmental

• Ensure all related technical deliverables as defined in Product Realization Process are completed effectively to support NPI &
  • Volume Manufacture transition.

• Seek new manufacturing process/technology in decorative products and introduce them into shop floor.
• Ensure Technical Documentation is established & maintained a) Utilize Technical database for technical project records b) Prepare &
  • Circulate monthly Technical Reports

• Support Related Training plans to drive internal skills development for related processes & disciplines.
• Other duties as requested Education &
  • Training:

• Relevant Printing or Mechanical Qualification preferred
• Well known on quality and engineering tools, such as APQP, DOE, SPC, FMEA
• AutoCAD or Adobe Illustrate qualification preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication

Experience &

• Competency

• Min 8 years’ experience of screen printing, PVD coating, UV moulding, thermo-forming, CNC routing, not limited to.
• Ink knowledge and color match capability is preferred.
• A firm understanding of related substrates, coatings and adhesives
• Proven track record in related Product Design Development &
