R&D Engineer, Process/量产工艺工程师

Job Responsibility: Quality Control – 35% ●Establish a comprehensive quality monitoring system, including the monitoring of raw materials, process technology, equipment performance, and operator capabilities. ●Set up Statistical Process Control (SPC) for key indicators and process parameters to ensure process stability and product consistency. ●Establish process QC (Quality Control) mechanisms, as well as the collection and monitoring of yield data to track quality performance in real time. ●Promote the improvement of quality problems within process teams, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. ●Handle quality exceptions promptly and formulate preventive measures to avoid recurrence. ●Implement process consistency control and oversee the preparation and management of process technical documents.

Quality

Improvement, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Promotion – 30% ●Apply RCSE (Rearrange/Combine/Simplify/Eliminate) principles to streamline production processes, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs. ●Introduce automated equipment or production lines to optimize production operations and enhance productivity. ●Assist team members in formulating improvement plans to promote quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.

Technical

Support – 20% ●Provide technical support for production lines, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. ●Track and understand customers’ product usage, organize the team to timely resolve quality and technical issues raised by customers, and initially provide a comprehensive and professional investigation report. ●Provide positive, proactive, efficient, and professional services for projects and customers.

Complete Other Tasks

Assigned by Superiors, and Provide Technical Support and Services for Other Functions – 15% ●Cooperate with quality engineers to improve testing methods and measurement instruments, and assist in resolving customer complaints. ●Provide technical support and services in collaboration with cross-functional departments including Sales, ●Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, and Planning. ●Fully understand the requirements of tasks assigned by superiors, draft implementation plans, strive to complete tasks on time, summarize and report any problems encountered, and proactively work towards achieving goals.

Job Requirements: ●Bachelor’s degree or above in Optics, Optical Communication, Optoelectronics, or related fields. ●CET-4 or above, with good English speaking and writing skills. ●At least 2 years of working experience in Optics, Optical Communication, Optoelectronics, or related fields. ●Familiar with mass production control processes, control methods, and skills; possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. ●Familiar with common quality management tools such as SPC, FMEA, CP, and DMAIC. ●Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives. ●Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and graphics software such as CAD and SolidWorks. ●Possess certain experience in process design, development, and research. ●Strong customer-oriented awareness, as well as good planning and organizational skills. ●Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and solve problems, with innovative ideas and a strong sense of teamwork.
