Job Descriptions

• Discuss requirements with PM/IPM/Application, and evalu-ate the risks, determine technologies required
• Define the boundary and interface of software, prepare software function list and define the software architecture
• Evaluate the resource needs of uC, and select uC together with hardware engineer
• Prepare and modify software design FMEA
• Realize EN60730-1/GB14536.1 class C safety functions in gas appliance
• Realize cyber security functions in product according legal, national standards and group standards
• Software coding by C, assembly, Matlab or other language, execute static inspection for software code
• Write software unit test case, run the test by the tool e.g. google test
• Solve the software bugs during development, and improve the software in sustaining
• Support on software test of base software
• Develop and maintain necessary tools for software devel-opment, debug and test, e.g. dive, parameter generator, dspace test matlab model and bus adapter
• Prepare the software release checklist according develop-ment tools, and implement the software release, upload necessary documents into PLM
• Manage software code and change in svn
• Review software design and code for other software engi-neers
• Prepare software related documents for certification, espe-cially functional safety related documents
• Support to analyse issues for production, IE, quality…
• Strongly exchanges information with project team mem-bers, head quarter electronic centre and local supplier.
• Software Design & Development: Analyze requirements, design, develop, debug, and document software modules for Linux applications using C/C .
• Qt Application Development: Lead the development of Qt (Widget/QML) applications, ensuring cross-platform com-patibility and high performance.
• Linux Cross-Compilation: Configure, optimize, and maintain cross-compilation toolchains for target Linux platforms.
• International Collaboration: Work closely with the German team on technical discussions, requirement reviews, and joint development efforts.
• Agile & SAFe Methodologies: Participate in Agile sprints (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews) and apply SAFe frameworks for large-scale project coordination. Qualifications:
• Electronic/Software engineering (Bachelor, Master), ＞2 years working experience in software development, develop software use (“C”, ”Assembly” and ”Matlab/Simulink”).
• Good knowledge in development process and methods, hardware knowledge, experience of functional safety software and familiar with IEC60730 is preferred.
• Experience in Bluetooth /wifi module application development is preferred.
• Good at architecture design and development based on Linux and ARM architecture, with experience in Iot gateway development is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C/C programming languages. Strong understanding of Linux system and network programming.

  Experience with Qt framework (both Qt Widgets and QML). Familiarity with Linux cross-compilation environments and embedded systems (e.g., ARM architecture).

• Collaboration & Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology is a plus, especially for coordinating work across multiple teams in large projects.
• Language & Soft Skills: Fluent in English, with no barriers in technical communication with the German team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of build systems (CMake, qmake).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Background in embedded Linux development.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) or virtualization technologies.
