资深前端开发工程师（React技术栈）- 制造业经验优先

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 应用开发：负责冶金/有色数字化系统中面向操作岗与管理层的功能模块开发，包括但不限于：PC端操作画面，报表、仪表板，大屏展示等。 2. 组件化设计：基于 React Ant Design 封装可复用的业务组件（如工序选择器、合金配方表单、数据表格及图表容器），提升团队开发效率。 3. 数据可视化：利用 ECharts 实现生产过程数据（温度、压力、厚度偏差）及能碳数据的多维度动态图表展示，支持海量数据的平滑渲染。 4. 认证集成：配合后端实现基于 SSO单点登录 的前端路由守卫、Token刷新及无感知登录态维持。 5. 体验优化：针对车间工控机、平板及管理PC端等多屏适配，优化前端加载速度与交互流畅度，应对高频数据刷新场景下的性能瓶颈。 6. 项目开发：参与业务后台或数据监控类前端项目，完成从原型图到高保真页面的高还原度开发、及现场调试。 任职要求： 1. 经验背景：本科及以上学历，5年以上前端开发经验，至少独立负责过2个完整Web前端项目的架构或核心模块开发。有冶金、有色及相关工业系统开发经验者优先。 2. 技术功底： o 精通 HTML5/CSS3/TypeScript，掌握ES6 语法。 o 精通 React 全家桶（React Router, Redux Toolkit/MobX），理解Hooks、Fiber架构及响应式更新机制。 o 熟练使用 ECharts、G6 等可视化库，有过复杂工业图表（甘特图、实时曲线图）开发经验。 o 熟悉前端工程化工具（Webpack/Vite）。 3. 认证与安全：熟悉基于SSO的OAuth2.0隐式授权或授权码流程，能正确处理Token过期与刷新逻辑。 4. 交互思维：对用户体验有极致追求，能在前端实现严谨的数据校验及友好的异常提示，尤其适用于工厂嘈杂环境下的高效操作界面。 5. 协作能力：能基于Swagger文档与后端高效联调，具备自主解决跨域、性能瓶颈等问题的能力。 6. 语言要求：英语可作为工作语言。 7. 其他要求：具备良好的文档编写能力（系统设计文档、部署手册）；具备极强的跨部门沟通能力，能适应项目期间的现场调研，调试及频繁的团队协作。 Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Responsible for developing functional modules for both operational and management levels in metallurgical/non-ferrous digital systems, including but not limited to: PC-side operation interfaces, reports, dashboards, and large-screen displays.
• Component-Based Design: Encapsulate reusable business components (such as process selectors, alloy formula forms, data tables, and chart containers) based on React Ant Design to improve team development efficiency.
• Data Visualization: Utilize ECharts to implement multi-dimensional dynamic chart displays of production process data (temperature, pressure, thickness deviation) and energy/carbon data, supporting smooth rendering of massive datasets.
• Authentication Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to implement frontend route guards, Token refresh, and seamless login state maintenance based on SSO (Single Sign-On) .
• Experience Optimization: Adapt for multiple screens including workshop industrial PCs, tablets, and management PCs; optimize frontend loading speed and interaction smoothness, addressing performance bottlenecks in high-frequency data refresh scenarios.
• Project Development: Participate in frontend projects such as business backend systems or data monitoring platforms, completing high-fidelity development from prototype to final pages, as well as on-site debugging. Qualifications:

  Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of frontend development experience, having independently led at least 2 complete Web frontend projects in architecture or core module development.

  Experience in metallurgical, non-ferrous, or related industrial system development is preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: o Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/TypeScript, with a solid grasp of ES6 syntax. o Proficient in the React ecosystem (React Router, Redux Toolkit/MobX), with a deep understanding of Hooks, Fiber architecture, and reactive update mechanisms. o Skilled in using visualization libraries such as ECharts and G6, with experience developing complex industrial charts (e.g., Gantt charts, real-time curve charts). o Familiar with frontend engineering tools (Webpack/Vite).
• Authentication & Security: Familiar with SSO-based OAuth2.0 implicit or authorization code flows, capable of correctly handling Token expiration and refresh logic.
• Interaction Mindset: Strong pursuit of user experience, able to implement rigorous data validation and user-friendly error notifications on the frontend, particularly suited for efficient operation interfaces in noisy factory environments.
• Collaboration Skills: Able to efficiently coordinate with backend teams based on Swagger documentation, with the ability to independently resolve cross-origin issues and performance bottlenecks.
