Responsibilities 1.

Visitor

Reception and Management - Handle daily reception, registration, and guidance of visitors, coordinating with employees who receive visitors.

  • Ensure a professional and courteous front desk experience - Support optimization of visitor management processes to improve efficiency and standardization 2. Administrative and Logistics Coordination - Assist with meal orders, laundry, cleaning and other support services for employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service quality and delivery 3.

Document

Handling and Translation - Translate and proofread documents (emails, notices, procedures, etc.) between Chinese and English - Assist with document organization, filing, and updates 4.

Process

Improvement and Project Support - Participate in administrative process improvement initiatives (e.g., visitor management, vendor coordination) - Provide suggestions and support implementation of improvements 5.

Other Administrative

Support - Support daily team operations - Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department Qualifications - Undergraduate or above student, major is not limited - Excellent spoken English with strong communication ability (mandatory) - Strong interpersonal and service mindset, approachable and detail-oriented - Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle multiple tasks and execute efficiently - Available 3–5 days per week for 6 months Preferred Qualifications - French language skills (French is a plus) - Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service - Experience in multicultural or international environments - Experience in process improvement or project support
