SAP Program Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and support transitions.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional SAP teams across design, development, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, SAP Activate methodology, quality standards, and project governance frameworks.
• Drive cutover, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to support/AMS teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and SAP optimization.

Requirements

• 8 years of SAP project/program management experience with strong S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream SAP programs and global teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation lifecycle, testing, data migration, integrations, cutover, and hypercare.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent certification is preferred.
