该职位来源于猎聘 Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives Chief-of-Staff / Program Lead to the CE China Leader Position Summary This position is the single point of coordination and execution muscle behind the CE China leader’s business agenda. The Sr.

Manager, Strategic Initiatives captures, organizes, drives, and closes the full portfolio of initiatives — big and small — that emerge from the leader’s business engagements, meetings, and strategic direction, ensuring nothing is set in motion and then lost. Acting as a chief-of-staff and the role turns CE leader’s direction into tracked, owned, on-time outcomes, and serves as the China-side lead counterpart to the US Marketplace Category Strategic Initiatives (CSI / Track 11) program.

Mandate Be the leader’s force-multiplier: convert every meeting, decision, and business engagement into a living, prioritized initiative portfolio with clear owners, milestones, and follow-through — and pair with the US CSI/Track 11 program so CN and US strategic initiatives move as one.

Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Initiative

Capture &

  • Portfolio Management

  • Capture: Attend the leader’s key business engagements and meetings; capture decisions, asks, and commitments as structured meeting notes and a single source of truth for follow-ups.
  • Organize: Maintain a live, prioritized portfolio of all initiatives (big and small) with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and status — so nothing initiated is left unmonitored.
  • Monitor: Actively track execution against commitments; chase owners, surface risks and slippage early, and escalate blockers to the leader before they become misses.

    Program

    Leadership &

    • Execution

  • Drive: Run initiatives end-to-end from framing to delivery — defining scope, success measures, timelines, and go-to-market/rollout plans, then driving cross-functional teams to the finish line.
  • Coordinate: Coordinate across L0 category teams, Demand Analytics &

    • SI, US counterparts, and partner functions (BD, ESG, ENB, WFS, WMC, EXP) to align priorities and unblock delivery.

  • Prepare: Prepare the leader for key moments — business reviews (MBR/QBR), leadership visits, summits, and cross-border syncs — with pre-reads, decks, talking points, and post-meeting follow-up plans. US SI (CSI / Track 11) Pairing
  • Counterpart: Serve as the China-side counterpart to the US MP Category Strategic Initiatives program at Michael Mosser’s level (GM also has SI at L0 level focus which will be paired by CE’s L0 teams); build the working relationship and a shared cadence with US CSI leads.
  • Mirror: Mirror the CSI operating model where useful — quarterly intake, execution tracking, retrospectives, AOP planning, and incremental-GMV (iGMV) tracking — adapted for CN.
  • Bridge: Represent CN and CN-seller realities in cross-border initiatives (e.g., sub-tracks such as Resold, Collectibles, B2B, Holiday/ELF, Automotive); ensure CN priorities are designed in, not reconciled after the fact.

    Operating

    Cadence &

    • Governance

  • Cadence: Own the leader’s operating rhythm — weekly status, action-item registers, OKR/AOP progress tracking, and a clean cadence that keeps the whole team accountable.
  • Governance: Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting so initiative status is always visible and decision-ready.

    Success Measures

Follow-through rate on leader-originated actions (nothing dropped); on-time delivery of tracked initiatives; quality and timeliness of meeting capture and status visibility; strength of the US–CN CSI partnership and joint-initiative alignment; leader time freed and decision-readiness improved.
