Supporting the initial setup and commissioning of the Apple-owned SPVC labs, coordinating directly with vendors for the installation and calibration of newly purchased equipment.
Executing daily packaging reliability tests (e.g., drop, vibration, climate) within the SPVC facility in strict accordance with Apple test specifications and SOPs.
Documenting test data, capturing detailed failure modes/images, and preparing initial test reports to enable rapid decision-making by the packaging product design teams.
Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration tracking for all in-house lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
Supporting daily lab operations, including consumables tracking, fixture inventory, and secure handling of confidential product samples.
Maintaining a safe, 5S-compliant lab environment, ensuring all daily operations strictly adhere to Apple's internal environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
