• Responsibilities：

• Independent and responsible development of equipment components for wind turbines in the field of steel- and hybrid towers. 独立负责钢制塔筒及混合塔筒领域风电设备零部件研发工作
• Experience in Lift-Ladder System for Windturbines 具备风电升降爬梯系统相关工作经验
• Experience in the design, certification and series improvement of tower components that are relevant to personal safety e.g., ladder- and fall arrest systems, service lifts- and climb assist systems and associated platforms and railings and associated general mechanical design e.g. brackets, cable guidance is a must. 精通人身安全类塔筒部件设计、认证及系列优化，熟练爬梯、防坠落系统、运维电梯、攀爬助力系统、配套平台护栏及支架、线缆导向等通用机械结构设计，此项为必备条件
• Creation of development reports. 撰写编制研发相关技术报告
• Experience in the application of relevant standards 熟练运用行业相关设计规范与标准
• Design and dimensioning (analytical, if necessary numerical) of components in the area of steel, aluminum, welded, bent and sheet metal constructions. 完成钢、铝、焊接、折弯、钣金类结构件设计与尺寸校核，可采用解析法，必要时进行数值计算
• Project work in interdisciplinary teams for the holistic, joint definition of components (purchasing, quality, service, assembly, etc.) 参与跨部门项目协作，联合采购、质量、售后、装配等部门共同敲定零部件整体方案
• Review of work results from other internal or external design engineers. 审核内外部设计工程师的设计成果
• Collaboration in cost-down teams and programs to optimize components. 参与降本增效项目，开展零部件结构优化工作
• CAD modeling and drawing creation with NX-Unigraphics. 使用
  • NX-UG 完成三维建模与工程图纸绘制
  • Product data management within Teamcenter 14. 运用
  • Teamcenter 14 系统进行产品数据管理
  • If necessary, planning, controlling and coordinating self-responsible development tasks in development projects with the "Microsoft Project" software. 必要时使用
  • Microsoft Project 规划、管控、协调自身负责的研发项目任务
  • If necessary, evaluation and processing of quality issues in the area of responsibility. 必要时评估并处理本职工作范围内的质量问题
  • If necessary, support of external service providers. 必要时配合对接外部合作服务商
  • If necessary patent research or creation. 必要时开展专利调研及专利撰写申报工作

Qualifications：

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a specialization in design, manufacturing technology or product development. 机械工程相关专业学历，优先机械设计、制造工艺、产品开发方向
• Proficient in NX-Unigraphics and Teamcenter. 熟练掌握
  • NX-UG 及
  • Teamcenter 办公设计软件
  • Experience in the development/design of steel/sheet metal/welded constructions. 具备钢结构、钣金件、焊接结构件研发设计经验
  • Experience in the creation of development documents. 具备研发技术文件编制撰写经验
  • Experience in the application of development methodology. 熟悉并能够运用各类产品研发流程与方法
  • Experience in the application of the software "Microsoft Project". 会使用
  • Microsoft Project 项目管理软件
  • Native Mandarin + Professional English level 母语为汉语，具备流利专业英语读写及沟通能力 8. more than 5 years in similar roles/functions 拥有 5 年及以上同类相关岗位工作经验
