仿真分析工程师 Simulation Analysis Engineer

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责 1. 使用工具完成冷热锻成形仿真，预测折叠、裂纹、充型不足等缺陷，优化锻造工艺与模具结构 Complete hot & cold forging simulation by professional tool, predict defects such as folding, cracking and underfilling, optimize forging process and die structure. 2. 开展锻件静强度、疲劳、热处理残余应力仿真校核 Conduct static strength, fatigue and heat treatment residual stress simulation verification for forgings 3. 新项目前期成形可行性仿真评审，减少试模成本，跟踪现场试模并迭代修正仿真模型； Carry out forming feasibility simulation review in early stage of new projects to reduce mold trial cost, track on-site mold trial and iteratively revise simulation models. 4. 建立仿真材料库、仿真标准及缺陷案例库，输出仿真分析报告支撑客户认证与图纸评审 Build simulation material database, simulation standards and defect case library, deliver simulation reports to support customer certification and drawing review 5. 协同工艺、模具、生产部门解决锻件开裂、热处理变形、模具寿命低等技术难题 Cooperate with process, die and production departments to solve technical problems such as forging cracking, heat treatment deformation and short die life. Job Requirements 任职要求 1. 本科及以上，材料成型、机械、力学相关专业，2 年以上锻造 CAE 仿真经验； Bachelor or above, majored in material forming, machinery or mechanics; over 2 years CAE simulation experience in forging industry. 2. 熟练 Deform/Simufact 锻造仿真软件，掌握至少一款通用有限元仿真软件； Skilled in Deform/Simufact forging simulation software, master at least one general finite element simulation software. 3. 熟悉锻造、热处理基础工艺，能独立建模、计算、出具优化方案； Familiar with basic forging and heat treatment processes, capable of independent modeling, calculation and proposing optimization solutions. 4. 会 UG/SolidWorks 三维建模，具备现场工艺问题分析、跨部门沟通能力； Skilled in UG/SolidWorks 3D modeling, equipped with on-site process problem analysis and cross-department communication skills. 5. 有汽车底盘锻件仿真开发经验者优先。 Candidates with simulation development experience of auto chassis forgings are preferred.
