• Take ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of cloud backend systems for the company’s digital solutions. 负责公司数字化解决方案云端后端系统的设计、开发与维护，并对系统全生命周期负责。
• Independently drive projects from concept to production (0 to 1), including technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment. 独立主导项目从概念到生产上线（从0到1）的全过程，涵盖技术设计、编码实现、测试及部署。
• Design and implement backend services on cloud and RESTful APIs to support multi-tenancy, device data ingestion, management platforms, and business applications. 设计并实现云端后端服务与RESTful API，以支持多租户架构、设备数据接入、管理平台及各类业务应用。
• Support regular security and compliance processes related to software development and delivery. 配合执行与软件开发及交付相关的安全合规流程。
• Collaborate effectively with global teams, hardware teams, and external suppliers to plan, deliver, and iterate new features. 与全球团队、硬件团队及外部供应商高效协作，共同规划、交付并迭代新功能。 Job Requirements 任职要求 Basic Qualifications 基本要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 3 years of experience in backend and cloud development, with strong hands-on coding ability. 3年以上后端及云开发经验，具备扎实的编码能力。
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision. 具备独立工作能力，能主动承担责任，在极少监督下交付成果。
• Good in English for daily collaboration with global teams. 英语能力良好，可支持日常全球团队协作。 Backend & Cloud (Core Skills) 后端与云技术（核心技能）
• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud, including deployment and cloud architecture design. 具备AWS或阿里云等云平台的实战经验，包括部署及云架构设计。
• Proficient in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI). 精通使用Java（Spring Boot）或Python（FastAPI）进行后端开发。
• Good understanding of RESTful API design, service-oriented architecture, Docker deployment and basic system design principles. 深刻理解RESTful API设计、面向服务架构、Docker部署及基础系统设计原则。
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and Redis; familiarity with time-series databases (e.g. InfluxDB) is a plus. 具备MySQL、Redis等数据库使用经验；熟悉时序数据库（如InfluxDB）者优先。
• Nice to Have (IoT Domain) 优先考虑（物联网领域）
• Exposure to IoT-related technologies such as MQTT, AWS / Alibaba Cloud IoT platforms, or BACnet/IP. 接触过MQTT、AWS/阿里云物联网平台或BACnet/IP等物联网相关技术。
• Good understanding of unit tests and integration tests, and maintaining reliable CI/CD practices. 深入理解单元测试与集成测试，并具备维护可靠CI/CD流程的实践经验。
• Prior IoT project experience is a plus. 具备物联网项目经验者优先 General & Soft Skills 通用能力与软技能
• Proven experience delivering projects from 0 to 1, with clear technical logic and strong problem-solving skills. 具备从0到1交付项目的成功经验，拥有清晰的技术逻辑与出色的问题解决能力。
• Able to respond quickly to changing requirements and make technical solutions. 能够快速响应需求变更，并制定相应的技术方案。
• Proactive, responsible, and able to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support continuous product iteration. 积极主动、责任心强，能够与产品及工程团队紧密协作，支持产品持续迭代。
