Software Engineer (运动控制)

该职位来源于猎聘 Introduction We are seeking skilled Senior/Staff/Principal System SW Engineers to design, implement, and optimize system solution on Arm-based devices for edge, robotics, AI, etc. Co-delivery solutions with SoC, boards, OS and other Arm ecosystem partners, from PoC to field deployment, build open-source and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the functional development, configuration, and debugging of robotics motion control software.
• Work closely with perception, hardware, and other cross-functional teams to participate in robot system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting critical issues.
• Build and deploy projects across diverse Arm-based platforms
• Partner with AI researchers and application developers to refine and mature the solution.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SoC, boards, OS vendors) to drive end-to-end solution deployment on Arm-based platforms.

  Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering，Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of experience in robotics motion control; solid understanding of motion control algorithms such as trajectory tracking, MPC, WBC, and RL (Reinforcement Learning).
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python; hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) development.
• Practical experience with Arm-based platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot cross-architecture issues.

  Preferred

  Qualifications

• Experience in motion control development for quadrupedal or humanoid robots is highly preferred.
• Familiar with robotics frameworks and technologies.
• Experience in seamless integration of popular AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and pre-trained models into production systems.
