Job Responsibilities工作职责: o Lead the end-to-end embedded software development of automotive smart dimming glass ECU, including MCU platform bring-up, software architecture, module design, coding, debugging, integration, verification and release. o Develop and debug MCU basic software and low-level drivers, including GPIO, ADC, PWM/timers, DMA, watchdog, Flash/Data Flash, UART/LIN, CAN and other required peripherals. o Develop application software for dimming glass control, including dimming logic, PWM/SPWM control, voltage/current control, system state machine, calibration and fault handling. o Implement ECU communication and diagnostic functions, including LIN/CAN message handling, signal mapping, checksum, timeout monitoring, fault detection and fail-safe strategy. o Support bootloader and firmware update related development, including flashing process, software version control, compatibility check and release traceability. o Define and execute software unit test, integration test and system-level functional verification based on ECU requirements, software design and application scenarios. o Perform ECU software debugging and hardware-software integration on bench, using debugger, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, CAN/LIN tools and other lab equipment. o Analyze software and hardware interface issues, identify root causes, propose corrective actions and verify fixes together with hardware engineers and suppliers. o Prepare and maintain software engineering documents, including software requirements, software architecture/design documents, interface specifications, test reports, issue lists, release notes and version records. o Work with internal teams, external suppliers and customers to align software requirements, technical interfaces, development timing, validation results and project deliverables.

Job Requirements其他工作要求

• Education background教育背景（学历、专业）: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields.
• Working experience工作经验（年数、行业）: 3-5 years’ software engineering experience in automotive industry
• Professional Skill专业技能要求： Proficient in embedded C programming, with experience in debugging, interrupt handling, and real-time embedded software development. Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M architecture, especially Cortex-M33 or M4, including low-level driver development and peripheral configuration. Familiarity with PID control, PWM modulation, signal sampling/filtering, and basic DSP concepts. Ability to read hardware schematics and support hardware/software interface debugging.

• Computer Skill计算机能力: Familiar with embedded software development toolchains, debugging tools, version control systems, and Microsoft Office tools for software development, testing, documentation, and project communication.
