• Responsible for the integration of product software, ensuring that all software modules are correctly integrated in accordance with specifications, and safeguarding the integrity and stability of system functionality.
• Participate in software verification and testing activities, develop test plans and execute test cases, ensuring that software quality meets design and release requirements.
• Assist in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of software issues, identify the root causes of defects and drive their resolution, continuously improving the reliability of product software.
• Participate in software configuration management, maintain software versions and baselines, ensuring traceability and consistency across the development, testing, and release phases.
• Participate in the continuous optimization of software development processes and tools, propose improvement suggestions and assist in their implementation, enhancing the overall efficiency of the team. 岗位职责

• 参与软件开发流程与工具的持续优化，提出改进建议并协助落地实施，提升团队整体工作效率。 Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, with graduation within the past two years.
• Majors in Vehicle Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Control Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic and Information Engineering, or related fields.
• CET-6 or above, with the ability to proficiently read English technical documents and conduct daily work communication.
• Solid programming foundation, familiar with at least one mainstream programming language (such as C/C++, Python, etc.).
• Strong logical thinking and learning abilities, with the capacity to quickly understand complex system architectures and business logic.
• Strong team collaboration spirit and communication skills, able to adapt to cross-departmental and cross-team collaborative environments.

• 本科及以上学历，毕业两年以内。
• 车辆工程、能源与动力工程、电气工程及其自动化、自动化、控制科学与工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程等相关专业。
• 具备CET-6及以上英语水平，能够熟练阅读英文技术文档并进行日常工作沟通。
• 具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言（如C/C++、Python等）。
• 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和学习能力，能够快速理解复杂系统架构与业务逻辑。
• 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够适应跨部门、跨团队的协作环境。
