Software Quality Engineer（第三方）

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Engineer to drive robust quality engineering practices across our entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)—from initial development and testing to final release. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery while establishing and maintaining compliance with ASPICE Level 1 (L1) capabilities. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, embedding quality into every phase of the process rather than just inspecting it at the end.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Quality Assurance & ASPICE Compliance Establish and monitor software development processes aligned with ASPICE L1 requirements to ensure systematic and traceable delivery. Conduct internal process audits and work product assessments to verify compliance with defined engineering standards. Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements.
• Quality Engineering Across the SDLC Development: Partner with software developers to enforce code quality standards, static analysis (MISRA/AUTOSAR if applicable), and code review practices.

  Testing: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage (Unit, Integration, and System testing) and robust test automation frameworks.

  Release: Oversee the release management process, ensuring that all gate reviews, release criteria, and documentation are met before deployment.

• Risk Management & Defect Tracking Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Define, track, and report key quality metrics (e.g., code coverage, defect density, test execution rates) to stakeholders.

  Qualifications &

  Skills Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  Experience & Technical Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, or a similar role within a structured software environment. Solid understanding of ASPICE framework, with practical experience in achieving or maintaining ASPICE L1 (Process Capability) for software processes. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, V-Model).

  Experience with configuration management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git/GitHub). Knowledge of automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
