Software Test Supervisor

工作职责:

Professionality

• Mastering of SW test process and elements
• Understanding of SW development process and elements
• Understanding of SW development and test project scheduling
• Design software test case according to SW requirement
• Programming, maintenance and execution of software test case scripts
• Execution of SW test in SW hardware-in-loop bench or other facility
• Evaluation of the test results
• Preparations and maintenance of software test documentation according to the adopted standards
• Maintenance of software test facility according to daily job necessarity
• Usage of version control, defect management, documentation management and software modeling tools
• Development of tool program according to test needs

Management

• Implement recruiting, training plan, set team target, propose for team development.
• Review and evaluate employee regular performance through the commitment process.
• Supervise working topics in group, give overview and escalation support to all topics.
• Coach to junior engineer in team.
• Implement team responsibility development and competence ramp up.

任职条件:

Requirement

• bachelor or master on electronical engineering or SW engineering
• preferred 10 years related working experiences in auto industry.

  Experience with embedded system

• Good at Python & C programming language
• Good English for both in speaking and writting
• Good communication skill with local and global team
