Solution Architect

该职位来源于猎聘 Your Responsibilities: 1、Refine requirements and setup solution design.

2、Align detailed requirements with business stakeholders including the tasks under Requirement Engineering role. 3、Evaluate content and functional requirements. Set up a clear technical concept and ensure that the solutions meet the needs of stakeholders. 4、Act as A technical quality gate for solutions. 5、Document and share best practice knowledge of a solution to relevant stakeholders. 6、Ensure implementation of relevant data security, data protection and compliance with legal requirements. 7、Support continuous improvements in the OT Applications.

Your Profile: 1、Technical Expertise: Very good domain (functional) knowledge and requirement management. Good knowledge of various IT technologies, including software, hardware, networks, and databases.

2、Architecture Principles: Familiarity with architectural principles and best practices, such as scalability, security, and maintainability. 3、Business Understanding: Understanding of business processes and objectives to align technical solutions with business requirements. 4、Security and Compliance: Awareness of IT Security principles and the ability to integrate security measures into solution design. Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization. 5、Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and propose suitable solutions. 6、Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements. 7、Solution Design: Design and model comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements. 8、Project Management: Basic knowledge of project execution methodologies. 9、Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field or evidence of 5 years of experience with a focus on solution design solving business challenges.

Experience should include a strong focus on designing and implementing IT solutions, including advanced knowledge of architectural principles and practices. 10、Very good spoken and written languages skills in English (Assignment country language is a benefit) 11、Intercultural competences due to international cooperation 12、Ability to understand business requirements and convert it into technical documents and strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
