Solution Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 The core goal of this position is to provide customers with optimal solutions for intra logistics such as conveying and sorting system(including pre-sales engineering, technical consultation and demand analysis) to enhance the project hit rate and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the core coordinator between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate alignment between customer needs and solution engineering design.
• Take full responsibility for layout design throughout the process, with responsibility concluding at the Layout Freeze (LFZ) stage.
• Participate in project quotation calculation based on costs; compile technical scheme documents
• Work with the sales team for bidding to improve hit rate

Necessary experience &

Skills: '- Have more than 5 years pre-sales application work (solution engineering) experience in logistics industry equipment and integration, and be familiar with the sales process of logistics industry equipment and integration.

• Have application engineering experience in logistics industry equipment and integration, and be familiar with logistics equipment such as conveyors, sorters, stackers, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), and automated stereoscopic warehouses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to connect technical and non-technical teams, and effectively engage with customers, the COO, the CTO, and APAC regional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills: Capable of coordinating tasks with multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines and promoting process standardization.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset: Ability to identify issues in solution design or bid processes and develop practical solutions.
