负责指定直接物料品类的采购及供应商管理，并协助采购经理推动团队日常采购工作的执行与协调。该职位需要与工程、品质、PMO及其他相关职能部门紧密合作，支持新品导入、供应商开发、询报价、商务谈判、成本优化以及供应保障，同时承担一定的团队协调及人员培养职责。 Be responsible for sourcing and supplier management for assigned direct material categories and supports the Sourcing Manager in coordinating daily sourcing activities and team execution. This role works closely with Engineering, Quality, PMO and other relevant functions to support NPI, supplier development, RFQ, commercial negotiation, cost improvement and continuity of supply, while providing day-to-day guidance to buyers. 工作职责(Responsibilities):

• 负责一个或多个指定直接物料品类的采购及供应商管理，包括金属/机加工、注塑、挤出、微组件、电子件等。 Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships for one or more assigned direct material categories, such as Metals/Machining, Plastic Injection, Extrusion, Micro Components, Electronics, etc. 2. 与工程、品质、PMO等部门紧密合作，支持新品导入和产品开发，包括供应商寻源、RFQ、报价比较、供应商能力评估及新供应商开发。 Work closely with Engineering, Quality, PMO and other functions to support NPI and product development, including supplier sourcing, RFQ, quotation comparison, supplier capability assessment and new supplier development. 3. 协助管理指定品类的合格供应商清单，推动供应商选择、评估、资格认证、批准及导入。 Support management of the Approved Vendor List for assigned categories and drive supplier selection, evaluation, qualification, approval and onboarding. 4. 负责或协助供应商价格、付款条件、MOQ、交期、合同条款及其他商务条件谈判。 Lead or support commercial negotiations covering price, payment terms, MOQ, lead time, contractual terms and other commercial conditions. 5. 持续推动Cost Saving、PPV Improvement、Cost Avoidance、Localization及供应商谈判等成本改善项目。 Continuously drive cost saving, PPV improvement, cost avoidance, localization, supplier negotiation and other cost improvement initiatives. 6. 进行报价分析、价格Benchmark、Cost Breakdown及成本模型分析，识别降本机会并支持采购决策。 Perform quotation analysis, price benchmarking, cost breakdown and cost modeling to identify cost improvement opportunities and support sourcing decisions. 7. 监控供应商产能、交期、原材料及供应风险，推动预防和改善行动，确保产品生命周期内稳定持续供应。 Monitor supplier capacity, delivery, material availability and supply risks, and drive preventive and corrective actions to ensure continuity of supply throughout the product life cycle. 8. 与品质、工程、计划等团队合作，推动供应商在成本、质量、交付、产能和服务方面持续改善。 Work cross-functionally to drive continuous supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, delivery, capacity and service. 9. 协助采购经理进行团队日常协调、任务分配、项目跟进和问题升级，并对Buyer提供采购、谈判及供应商管理方面的指导。 Support the Sourcing Manager in daily team coordination, work allocation, project follow-up and escalation, and coach buyers in sourcing, negotiation and supplier management. 10. 确保供应商信息、报价、合同、价格及项目记录准确完整，并符合公司采购流程和相关要求。 Ensure supplier information, quotations, contracts, pricing and project records are accurate, complete and compliant with company procurement processes. 11. 完成上级交办的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 任职资格(Qualification) : 1. 本科及以上学历, 理工科、供应链管理或工商管理相关背景；工程/工商类硕士研究生优先 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration related. Master’s degree in Business or Engineering related field is preferred 2. 熟练使用英语作为工作语言，有第二语言技能（如中文）优先 Language: proficient in using English as work language. Bilingual is preferred (such as Chinese and English) 3. 5年及以上制造业内的战略采购相关工作经验。医疗行业背景优先 5+ years in strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing operations or sourcing environment.

  Medical device or healthcare industry background will be a strong plus. 4. 全球战略采购经验：有开发品类采购策略、商品物料和关联技术发展方向的相关经验 Global sourcing experience - experienced in developing category sourcing strategies, commodity and technology roadmaps. 5. 较为熟练的分析技能 (如成本模型，报价分析，供应商风险管理等等) Proficient with analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier risk management, etc.) 6. 有以下任意一类品类物料的管理经验：金属/机加工，挤出，注塑，微组件，电子件等 Category management experience in any of the following category or commodities: Metals/Machining, Extrusion, Plastic Injection, Micro Components, Electronics, etc.
