SQE工程师(海外工厂）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

1、参与供应商准入质量保证能力审核、评价，按IATF16949及ISO9001体系要求对潜在供应商进行审核与认定等；

2、制定供应商审核计划，定期对供应商进行审核，监督供应商按IATF16949及ISO9001体系要求进行日常工作，确保外购/外协件的制造过程在供应商处得到控制，质量得到保证；

3、 对供应商的品质绩效进行评估与稽核，对供应商的品质异常进行监督和辅导，解决问题并持续改善；

4、向供应商传递公司的质量要求并提供帮助，确保供应商理解并实施公司的质量要求；

5、编制来料检验规范，制定来料质量控制策略；

6、处理来料与生产线上由于供应商原因引起的质量问题并及时向供应商通报，确保供应商不合格材料得到及时、正确地处置（8D）；

7、对供应商PPAP进行管理（包括资料的审核、实物监控，变更管理等）；

8、完成领导临时交代的其他工作。 任职要求： 职位要求： 1.3年以上质量管理经验； 2.全日制专科及以上学历，汽车、机械专业优先； 3.熟悉TF16949质量管理体系；

• 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，熟悉常用偏差调查工具（如鱼骨图、5-Why等），能够系统性地分析问题并提出解决方案。必须至少主持过一次偏差调查或其它异常调查（面试时需进行案例介绍，可脱敏处理）。 Strong logical thinking skills; familiar with common deviation investigation tools (such as Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.); capable of systematic root cause analysis and proposing solutions. Must have led at least one deviation or other investigation (case study presentation required at interview, with sensitive information omitted).
• 优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力，能够流畅撰写技术报告，并与内部团队、客户及审计人员有效交流。 Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written; able to write technical reports fluently and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and inspectors.
• 熟悉GMP基本要求、有GMP体系工作经验者优先。 Familiarity with basic GMP requirements and experience working within a GMP system are preferred.
• 拥有CHO细胞培养或抗体纯化工艺研发/生产经验者优先。 Experience in CHO cell culture or monoclonal antibody (mAb) purification process development/production is preferred.
• 熟练使用AI大语言模型工具（如ChatGPT、Copilot等）者优先。 Proficiency in using AI large language model tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is preferred.
• 本科及以上学历，生物、化学、化工、制药工程或相关专业，或具备同等工作经验。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
