该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our China IT Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our current on-premises audit applications. This role involves close collaboration with business teams across CNHK, as well as global technology teams, to ensure smooth operations during our digital transformation journey—including cloud migration, intelligent automation, and AI-enhanced application support. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the China IT Assurance

Operations team, responsible for the end-to-end support and operational excellence of critical audit applications—ranging from existing on-premises systems to the emerging cloud-native platform.

• Support the deployment and operation of the platform on Microsoft Azure, including AI-enabled capabilities, while managing full lifecycle operations (monitoring, incident response, change management) across both legacy and next-generation environments.
• Collaborate with local business stakeholders in China and Hong Kong and global teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot problems, and implement automated solutions to enhance stability and efficiency. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid hands-on experience with: Databases: SQL Server, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT application support, preferably in a multinational, regulated, or cloud-based environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies is highly desirable.
• Other Solid hands-on experience with： o DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) o Middleware: Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch o Containerization: Docker, Containerd, Kubernetes o Microsoft platforms: Azure (App Services, AKS, VMs), Microsoft 365 (O365) (preferred to have) o Observability tools: Splunk, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics o Security: HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, secrets management o Web frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Node.js
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as large language models (LLMs) and agentic applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and verbal); CET-4 or above required.
• Microsoft Azure or DevOps-related certifications are preferred.
