车身测试与验证高级工程师 Sr. Engineer, Test & Validation

该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives of the Job:

• Responsible for the test & validation scope of work for Doors & Closure, Interior and Exterior
• Ensure the on time delivery of the test & validation deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to plan, execute & fulfill the work independently
• Track and report the status to department leader/Project Manager
• Provide support for testing and validation to the integration teams & subsystem teams Main Duties:
• Component DVP creation including 100% review of the component SpecBooks.
• Execution of component SpecBook alignment meetings with lead engineers for DVP alignment (review of virtual and physical test cases, test targets and test procedures,…).
• Execution of component DVP alignment meeting with I-Team S&D, Homologation, Vehicle Safety, Corrosion and NVH for final alignment of required component test contents, test target values and test procedures.
• DVP submission to supplier and organization and execution of regular DVP alignment meeting with supplier: o DVP alignment with supplier (determination of the required virtual and physical component validation test content). o Determination of needed hardware (Partial Builds and Parts) which is needed for execution of component validation testing.
• Definition of Homologation and Safety component test completion dates in alignment with I-Team Vehicle Safety and Homologation (i.e. vehicle safety-relevant component tests, which must be completed before the start of the complete vehicle tests).
• Tracking and monitoring of Supplier-Component-DVP´s (virtual and physical test dates, test results, test reports,…) incl. content review of supplier test reports.
• Tracking and monitoring of MAGNA in-house component tests (test dates, test results, test reports,...) incl. preparation of the corresponding test reports.
• Planning and tracking of tests at vehicle level i.e. climate change test, sunlight, durability, vibration, stiffness etc. as well as evaluation of results (technical expertise)
• Execution of component DVP status meetings as well as DVP Status reporting via Dashboard-PowerBI. Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major;
• Familiar with overall vehicle development process and have five or more years experience of relevant experience
• Familiar with overall vehicle component and subsystem testing process and standards
• Familiar with overall vehicle and component and subsystem testing validation planning
• Global OEM experience would be an advantage.
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Advanced soft skills in conflict resolution, moderation and presentation.
• Good business acumen, communication and coordination skills;
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative, able to work under pressure.
