• Client Management – Act as the day-to-day contact focal points in China, aiming to strengthen client relationships through flawless execution across retainer deliverables.

Partner with the heads of major client teams to grow and strengthen client relationships.

Team Management

– Provide guidance and oversee subordinates’ errands, helping team members to grow with the team while delivering high-quality work in an efficient manner.

• Industry Knowledge and Expertise - Awareness of different disease category, healthcare media landscape and environment, healthcare industry trends, and in being the creative voice, providing professional counsel / observations inside and outside of the organization
• New Business – Proactively involve and seek out new and organic business opportunities, making contributions to ideation, research, and proposal development

You Will Have

 Bachelor's Degree above and 5+ years experiences in PR related professional, healthcare communications experience (preferably within a PR agency environment).  Expertise in not only traditional media strategies but new media strategy and campaigns as well  Maintain knowledge and practiced experience with integrated media channel, fluency to develop integrated educational programs.

 Passionate for business development, proficiency in PowerPoint would be a plus; equipped with cross-industrial experiences is a plus as well.  Proactive with high responsibility

 Innovative with rules-breaking spirit, quick learner

 Presentable, good at communication internally and externally

 S/he must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, on-line services.  S/he should possess sophisticated writing ability, exemplary client service skills, and desire to lead by example.

 Excellent English skills in both spoken English and written English.
