该职位来源于猎聘 We are hiring High Speed Application Engineers to join our team in Shanghai. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, focusing on the system-level validation of cutting-edge high-speed ICs and modules (e.g., 400G/800G/1.6T DSP, SerDes). This role involves validation, test automation, interoperability testing, and system-level debug within a mixed-signal and optoelectronic environment.

You will collaborate closely with analog/digital/DSP design teams, firmware and hardware teams, to ensure robust performance under various operating conditions. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience levels who are passionate about high-speed systems and eager to contribute to state-of-the-art technology development. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for high-speed transceivers and DSP chips, covering optical and system-level testing. Perform compliance, performance, and interoperability testing for high-speed signaling such as 100G/200G PAM4.

Tune and validate the performance of optical sub-components (e.g., TX drivers, PICs, TIAs). Develop and maintain a test automation framework for validation regression, data collection, and data analysis, using Python, C#, or similar languages. Conduct environmental and reliability stress testing, including thermal cycling, voltage margining, and soak tests.

Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and drive issues to resolution with cross-functional teams. Support platform bring-up, firmware validation, and vendor qualification for high-speed modules. Contribute to DSP bring-up and tuning, including developing low-level code for signal processing and link optimization.

Apply knowledge of optical components, modulation schemes, and optical communication principles to system validation. Contribute to validation hardware design, including schematic review and board-level bring-up. Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Hands-on experience in validating high-speed transceivers using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, and spectrum analyzers.

Hands-on experience in tuning and validating optical components (e.g., laser drivers, TIAs, PICs). Familiarity with the CMIS interface and a solid understanding of signal integrity fundamentals. Hands-on experience with optical module testing and validation is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Python, C#, or C for developing test automation, data processing, and analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Passion for high-speed signaling, system-level validation, and continuous learning. Solid understanding of high-speed link architectures and behavior, including SerDes and DSP, with the ability to write bring-up, tuning, and validation code.

  • Skilled in developing automation test scripts for link-up, training and diagnostics is a plus
  • Experience with high-speed test equipment (Scopes, BERTs, Spectrum Analyzers)
