Understand customer needs

• Lead MM technical analysis in terms of solution and cost
• Provide MM technical solution to customer, support customer on specification

Design Phase

Product specification management

• Lead system architecture design with team, including SAD, DFMEA, Functional safety TSC, Cybersecurity TARA/Concept
• Communicate with customer for technical issues
• Support project leader for sample delivery, customer issue analysis, cost management

Participate production validation

• Break down works to HW, SW, Meca and Validation according to specifications (main for System Architect)
• Define SW architecture with SW project team members. (Main for SW Architect)
• Ensure the design quality and continuous propagations to other applications in an agilent way.

  Industrialization

  Phase

• Support industrialization for technical issues (internal and external)
• Managing product technical evolution/modification

Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, TS 16949 requirements and ISO26262/ISO21434 if FS/CS applicable.

Qualifications

• College or above degree major in Electronic design and related; Master degree on

Automation/Automotive/Communication/Electronic/Software area is preferred

• HW/SW design background, preferable if having knowledge on vehicle electronics function design such as body control, door control, seat control, valve control, thermal management…; and industrial/automotive buses, such as CAN, LIN, ETH
• 5 years of professional experience, preferable in automotive field
• Must be curious on all kind of technology like SW, HW or mechanics
• Experience in technical strategy design.

  One or more of the following tools: EA, APIS, UML, Matlab, Rational… will be in advance

Fluent English communication skills

• Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail
• Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time)
• Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, TS 16949, ISO26262, ISO21434
