职位描述

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: EMU/BMS Test Execution: Execute functional tests for EMU (Energy Management Unit) and BMS (Battery Management System) on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test benches or real vehicles. Focus on high-voltage power-up/down sequences, thermal management, DC-DC, and DC-AC related functions (e.g., High-Voltage Interlock Loop [HVIL] monitoring, pre-charge control, high-voltage short-circuit protection, HV power-off logic verification, and thermal component control). Generate standardized test reports, synchronize test results, and responsible for fault analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution during the testing process.

Test Capability Development: Responsible for the setup and maintenance of EMU/BMS HiL low-voltage test benches (including model integration, hardware configuration, and debugging). Establish and maintain the test toolchain. Maintain simulation models for battery cells, charge/discharge processes, thermal management, and high-voltage systems.

Test Resource Management: Coordinate and manage test equipment, tools, and human resources to ensure efficient execution of testing activities.

Requirement

Analysis & Test Optimization: Deeply analyze EMU/BMS system and software requirements to define test specifications and test cases. Continuously optimize test processes to improve test efficiency and coverage. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist the software development team in problem analysis and debugging.

Support V-model testing phases, including system testing, bench testing, and vehicle-level testing. Collaborate with Software Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of BMS software.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 4 years of experience in HiL testing for Energy Domain ECUs. Proficient in core BMS testing functions, such as Battery State Monitoring, Safety Protection, and Thermal Management.

Experience in testing high-voltage systems (battery pack HV circuits, High-Voltage Distribution Units [PDU], and HV connectors). Familiar with testing key points for HV safety protection logic (e.g., HV power-off, insulation monitoring, and HVIL).

Technical Skills: Proficient in using test tools and simulation software such as CANoe, CANape, VT System, Matlab/Simulink, and ControlDesk. Familiar with the operation and data analysis of high-voltage test equipment (e.g., insulation resistance testers, high-voltage withstand voltage testers). Equipment & Standards Knowledge: Familiar with HiL test benches from dSPACE, NI, Vector, or other mainstream domestic suppliers.

Functional Safety: Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety projects. Familiar with ASIL-level testing processes, including safety plan formulation, FMEA/FTA analysis, and safety requirement traceability.

Language Skills: Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) capable of serving as a working language for documentation and cross-departmental communication.

Other Competencies: Strong fault analysis and troubleshooting skills. Excellent project time management and communication/coordination abilities. Ability to adapt to cross-team collaboration scenarios.
