Additionally, will be responsible for promoting the use of Self-Service tools in APAC.

Responsibilities • Building prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders.

• Collaborating with other BI internal and external around data/table structures to optimize for Tableau Dashboards and other self-service needs.
• Supporting peers and stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through troubleshooting and analysis of results.
• Acting as mentor and Tableau/PowerBI SME for other Tableau users across the company.
• Looking for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices.
• Clearly communicating and driving discussions on data and insights, context, and implications with business and technology partners.
• Documenting and communicating technical specifications to ensure that proper and optimized techniques, queries, and final deliverables are understood and incorporated into data and analytics processes.
• Training and consulting, internal sessions/events organization.
• Be an interface between business and IT bringing value to business.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related discipline.

• Excellent spoken and written English, Chinese and Japanese.
• Passionate about leveraging technology to extract and share analytics insights, using creative data visualizations.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and with the ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and adhere to tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communicator and networker. Able to manage conflicts.
• Relevant experience in a business intelligence role, including data warehousing (snowflake and redshift experience would be a plus) and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology; or experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics solutions.
• Experience in provision-support of cloud services (AWS).
• Experience writing advanced SQL, performance tuning of BI queries, data modeling, and data mining from multiple sources (SQL, ETL, data warehousing).
• Mastery of Tableau/PowerBI for the creation and automation of Enterprise Scale dashboards, standard reports, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports to provide key business insights for entire organization.
• Experience with advanced Tableau/PowerBI topics, such as complex calculations, table calculations, parameters, geographic mapping, multiple disparate data sources and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
