该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key driver of our talent strategy, focused on building a compelling employer brand, end-to-end ownership of campus hiring, and high-impact support for experienced-hire recruitment. With an innovative mindset and professional expertise, you will help the company stand out in a fiercely competitive talent market and attract—and retain—the very best people.
Key Responsibilities Partner with the TA Manager to design and deliver the annual employer-brand roadmap; organize brand campaigns that elevate the candidate and employee experience. Translate business growth and workforce plans into data-driven campus strategies: map target majors and talent clusters, build a differentiated school list, and set measurable hiring goals. Open and nurture strategic relationships with priority universities, creating a long-term, stable campus-partnership network.
Own the full campus-recruitment life cycle—info sessions, assessments, interviews, offer rollout—ensuring flawless execution and quality hires. Drive experienced-hire recruitment for critical roles, cultivating a robust mid-to-senior-level talent pool and continuously optimizing sourcing channels and interview frameworks. Generate regular recruiting & employer-brand dashboards; refine processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in HR, Psychology, Journalism, Communications, or related fields preferred. 5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on employer branding or campus recruitment. Proven content-strategy and creative skills; success stories of building an employer brand or campus-hiring program from 0-to-1 are a strong plus. Excellent program-management and cross-functional collaboration skills; team player with high resilience and a strong “get-things-done” mentality.
Strong command of English, especially in written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Curious about new technologies and trends; committed to continuous learning and self-development.
