These solutions, which include offering best in-class trainings, building platform for talent to grow and developing processes, are key to build our competitive advantage by growing and developing employees into highly skilled professionals. 领导力培训经理作为中国培训团队成员, 主要工作将提供专业的培训服务和能力发展项目以打造和提升组织能力。包括提供优质的课堂学习机会, 打造能力发展平台,不断精益培训流程来让我们的员工不断发展和获得成长,成为有战斗力的高绩效团队。 Location: Shanghai Reporting: Associate Training Director Requirements Education/Training: BA/BS degree required 本科或以上学历 Business, Science or Education/Psychology, Human resources Management is preferred 商科,理科,教育,心理, 人力资源管理相关专业为佳 Work Experience: From Life Science and relatively industry. 有医疗及其相关行业经验 Minimum 1 years L&D training facilitation experience in pharmaceutical or related MNC. 至少在大型外企有1年以上的L&D相关培训实施经验 Have Passion to coaching. 擅长授课 Strong business acumen with problem solving capability 有较强的商业敏锐度和问题解决能力 Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills 沟通能力佳,有较强的人际关系处理和领导能力 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Word, Excel 和PPT 熟练 Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. 能基本熟练地使用英文作为工作语言 Profile Requirements And Competencies Technical Training

培训技巧 Develops and conducts training programs that improve skill level of the field force. 开发有效的课程与培训项目,提升业务团队岗位技巧 Conducts follow-up corresponding in -field training after conducting a classroom training to measure learning and application. 通过课堂培训之后的跟进随访,评估培训的有效性以保证培训效果 Comes up with monitoring system regarding the effectiveness of the training programs. 建立评估培训项目有效性的监测体系 Makes corresponding report on the result of the training both in –class and in-field. 提供课堂培训和跟进协访的报告 Strategic Thinking/Planning

战略思维与计划 Possess the ability to understand and think ahead of both the short and long term implications in the developments in the field of sales force effectiveness or operational excellence.

拥有对业务发展的人员能力需求的前瞻视角 Actively participates during the department’s analysis of the current and future situation. 积极主动参与业务分析 Studies the developments and changes happening within the department in relation to the changes happening within the industry. 积极了解行业发展和趋势 Implements new processes and procedures as approved by his immediate superior and the company. 对业务流程有创新性思维,并积极运行 Duties and Responsibilities Main Duties: 主要职责范围 Identify and understand business needs, base on the competency definition of different positions, identify the development needs. 了解业务需求,基于不同岗位的能力要求,识别和确认发展需求。 Work closely with business team to understand their specific development requirements via interview, on-site visit, or business meeting, etc. 紧密联系业务团队, 通过访谈,区域协访和业务会议,来了解业务部门的发展和培训需求。 Work out the annual learning plan of the functions. Regular check in and make sure the learning plan is implemented against plan. 制定全年培训计划,定期回顾并检查计划执行情况。 Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate project and process, performance and make consistent recommendations for improvement 建立衡量项目的KPI, 监测项目进展、成果,不断提供提升的持续性建议。 Monitor and track project’s progress with regular reporting. 向业务提供监测性报告。 Liaise with the organization development, review and revise the Competency model program 根据组织发展需求,回顾并调整能力模型。 Facilitate general training courses/ workshops, such as coaching skills, performance management and change management etc. 担任通用性课程的授课工作,包括辅导类、绩效管理类和变革管理类等课程。 Drive talent development program,Facilitate talent development activities & curriculum 推动人才发展项目, 落地人才发展项目和具体课程。 Act as facilitator for global and regional L&D programs/courses. 为总部和地区人才发展项目在本土实施担任桥梁角色。 Review & recommend external coaches and trainer 评估并推荐外部教练和培训讲师。 Design or customize training materials according to regional needs. 建立,订制并优化培训课程以满足组织的战略发展需求。 Advocate and promote culture across the company and bring culture alive through related culture events and program. 倡导拥抱文化,通过形式多样的项目推广文化落地。
