• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

• Monitor and implement new technologies to secure the market leadership of the products

• Full time undergraduate or above, majoring in optoelectronics or similar fields, with a doctoral degree preferred.

• More than 10 years of work experience in the coating industry, if it is excellent enough, the duration can be appropriately extended.
• 10年以上镀膜行业工作经验，如果是足够优秀的可以适当放宽年限。
• Familiar with PVD sputtering coating equipment, with complete experience in mass production of coating products (narrowband filters, high transmittance filters, infrared filters, etc.)

• Have a certain understanding of the process parameters and advanced technology of new products in the market, and have published complete projects or papers

• According to the company's project situation, overtime or business trips can be arranged.
