• Manage & Coordinate to achieve established safety, quality, environmental and production objectives. 负责管理和协调工作，以达成既定的安全、质量、环境和生产目标。
• Ensure on-time delivery of all modules. 确保所有模块按时交付。
• Plan, organize, direct and control all related resources of plant. 规划、组织、指挥和控制工厂的所有相关资源。
• Control budget (CAPEX) and cost (OPEX). 控制预算（资本性支出）和成本（运营性支出）。
• Handle the responsibilities with partners on the behalf of Nx. 代表 Nx 处理与合作伙伴之间的相关事宜。
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, laws, and regulations. 确保遵守公司政策、标准、法律和法规。
• Participate in the selection and assessment of personnel at his/her team. 参与其团队人员的选拔和评估工作。

• Bachelor of ME, or IE or above. 机械工程学士学位（或工业工程相关专业）及以上。
