The trainee will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives, supporting a wide range of activities that drive strategic alignment, operational excellence and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Support and Project Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing research, analysis, and project management support.
- Support the coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for senior management and executive meetings. 2.
Executive Support
Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting organization, etc.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow. 3. Policy and Process Development
Assist in the review and development of organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Support process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and recommending solutions. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting
Gather and analyze data to support decision-making, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress. 5. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and challenges, and facilitate the development of solutions.
Support the organization of internal and external events, including conferences, workshops, and executive retreats. 6. Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Tasks
Support special projects as assigned by the Chief Staff Officer or senior management.
Handle ad-hoc requests and assignments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications:
1. Education
Master or PhD in Biotechnology and related field.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or public sector environment.
Internship or trainee experience in a similar role is a plus. 3. Skills and Competencies
