外包岗位 - 高级生产工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities工作职责 Manage the technician and skill operators in his team in order to:

• Ensure the production efficiency of the line.
• Improve and meet quality level of the products from the line.
• Define and update production procedure document.
• Steer the continuous improvement actions inside the line.
• Train operators and monitor their performance.
• Report to management of the line status.
• Improve the CT and quality loss.
• Improve production performance by WCM methods.
• Support WCM related work. Job Requirements其他工作要求:  Education background教育背景（学历、专业）： Bachelor degree or above in major of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation  Working experience工作经验（年数、行业）： Knowledge of the process and be able to understand all the physical or mechanical effects on the product during its transformation (in following training and reading the SEKURIT and machine suppliers manual)

≥5 years in production engineering

 Professional Skill专业技能要求： I. Engineering background II. Be familiar of data analysis and quality system(ISO/TS) III. Have experience with WCM improvement project like loss deployment  Language Skill 语言能力：Fluent English  Computer Skill计算机能力：PPT, Excel, Word, Excellence in Microsoft project  Personality 个性要求：  Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process  Good capability of relationship
