  • Finance Process Transformation &

    • Business Collaboration Serve as the key liaison between the global finance and technology teams to ensure smooth communication and aligned objectives. Analyze financial processes from a technical perspective to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, automation, and precision enhancement. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.

  • Workday Financial System Planning, Design &

    • Optimization Lead the design, solution architecture, implementation, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Workday Financial Management system to meet enterprise business needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to complete system integrations, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable operations. Keep abreast of Workday product updates and industry trends, and propose system optimization and innovation initiatives.

  • User Support, Administration &

    • Reporting Provide professional consulting and issue resolution support for the Workday Financial system. Conduct training for finance teams on system functionalities, operational processes, and best practices. Prepare and present reports to senior management on system performance, project progress, and strategic program outcomes.

  • Team Management Foster a professional, respectful, and collaborative working environment with open and pragmatic communication. Focus on shared team goals and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields

    • CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred. 2. 8 years of combined working experience in accounting and enterprise financial systems in multinational corporations; hands-on experience with Workday Financial is highly preferred. Proficient in core modules including General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Assets, Banking &
    • Settlement, and Financial Reporting.

  • Solid hands-on accounting experience, in-depth knowledge of financial processes and standards;
  • Proven experience leading or owning ERP financial system implementation, integration, or major upgrade projects in a complex global environment. Demonstrated cross-functional project management skills with the ability to coordinate finance and technology teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Fluent in English, capable of independently communicating and interacting in daily cross-border meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
