该职位来源于猎聘 Job Purpose 职位目的 Achieve division private label products developing plan and related financial KPI basing on the company’s merchandising strategy and category strategy. Accomplish efficient vendor management, manage product quality control and price negotiation, develop high quality differentiated private label items that can meet the member’s needs, optimize category private label item structure and value, thus support the category to achieve budgets, and also achieve private label budgets.

依据公司采购政策的指引,按照所负责商品大部门的年度计划,完成相应的自有品牌商品开发任务和财务指标。实施有效的供应商管理,准确的商品质量控制和价格谈判,研发能开创市场需求的高品质差异化商品,不断优化所负责品类自有品牌商品的结构和品质,从而帮助相应的品类实现部门的预算目标和自有品牌商品开发及销售毛利预算。 Job Accountabilities 职责:

  • Work with division directors and buyers to develop division private label strategy basing on the company’s overall merchandising strategy and private label direction. Work out PB item plan for the categories responsible for, and also oversee other categories in the same division, develop and launch the products as per the plan, and achieve related financial KPI.

基于公司整体采购策略和自有品牌方向需与品类总监及采购共同合作。针对所负责的主要品类制定自有品牌商品计划, 同时能兼顾同个部门其它品类,按计划完成商品开发和财务指标。

  • Collect potential vendor information, compare and evaluate vendor qualifications, choose the best vendor for each PB project, and also make sure the decision is in line with company’s interests. 收集潜在供应商信息,对比评估供应商资质,为自有品牌项目选择供应商,同时需要确保决策符合公司利益。
  • Develop item recipe and specification for each PB projects, decide the benchmark and do comparison, arrange test panels, and finalize the specification. 为自有品牌项目开发商品配方和制定规格,决定对标商品并进行对比,安排(试用)测试并完成规格制定。
  • Negotiate with the vendors for the best cost and trade terms; ensure private label items have good member values. Review the cost and trade terms annually to ensure the company’s biggest interests. 与供应商谈判以获取成本和条款;并确保自有品牌商品具有会员价值。为确保符合公司利益化,每年需回顾成本及条款。
  • Work with 3rd party to design product packages, and ensure all the information on the packages is compliant with China regulation. 与第三方沟通产品的包装设计并确保所有的包装信息都符合中国法规。
  • Arrange pre-launch and post-launch item tests, factory audits, and work out the action plans if needed. Help the vendors and factories to grow with the business. 产品上市前后需要安排测试,工厂验厂,如必要还需要工厂进行整改方案。帮助供应商及其工厂与我们的业务共同成长。
  • Work with category buyers for item launch plans and marketing events, including but not limited to demo activities, in club signage, booklets, online promotions. 与品类采购合作制定商品上市计划和宣传活动包括但不限于展示促销活动,门店标牌,彩页,线上促销。
  • Work with category buyers and online buyers for product sales and volume forecasts; make sure the vendors understand our potential volume. 与品类采购及电商采购制定商品销售计划,并确保供应商了解我们潜在销量。
  • Continuously collect market information, attend trade shows, do competitor visits, etc., to understand market trend and new packaging innovations. And optimize private label item qualities and packaging. 需不断地收集市场信息,通过参加展会和市调以了解市场行情及新包装的趋势。同时需要优化自有品牌商品品质和包装。
  • Motivate others; manage the workload of underlings; training other buyers for more skills, and develop them for higher level positions. 有号召力,能承受一定的工作压力;培训他人,使其获得更多采购技能及提升。 Job Requirements 任职要求: 1. 本科以上学历,纺织相关专业背景; 2. 至少6年以上的工作经验,其中不少于3年从事采购或商品开发工作; 3. 较强的逻辑分析和总结能力;良好的市场敏感度;良好的英文口头及书面表达能力。有优秀的谈判技巧、供应商管理与商品管理技巧; 4. 有良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力,良好的团队协作能力;
