该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:  执行风力发电机组整机及部件的载荷评估与验证，包括环境条件、气动载荷、动态载荷及极端工况下的结构响应分析 Conduct load assessment and verification for wind turbine systems, including environmental conditions, aerodynamic loads, dynamic loads, and structural response analysis under extreme conditions  依据IEC 61400系列、GL Guideline等标准，审核客户提交的载荷计算报告、气弹模型（HAWC2/Bladed）及仿真数据

Review client-submitted load calculation reports, aeroelastic models (HAWC2/Bladed), and simulation data per IEC 61400 series and GL Guidelines.

 依据选定的认证标准和技术标准，制定整机型式测试的评估方案和型式测试的评估，包含原始测试报告评估、测试与仿真对比分析报告评估等。 Make the type testing evaluation proposal and assess the type testing according to selected certification scheme and technical standards, including evaluating the original measurements reports, evaluation of co-simulation between measurement and simulation.  对审核中发现的问题以正式文本反馈给客户，迭代沟通直至问题全部关闭。 Inform clients findings during the reviewing and iterate communication until all the comments are closed.  维护载荷评估标准数据库，参与最新IEC/ISO风能相关标准的本地化应用的转换。 Maintain load assessment criteria database, participate in interpretation and localization of IEC/ISO wind energy standards  主导与制造商的技术澄清会议，解决载荷计算方法和边界条件的技术争议 Lead technical alignment meetings with manufacturers to resolve disputes on load calculation methodologies and boundary conditions  签发评估报告，确保评估结论符合认证方案（如IECRE）要求 Issue evaluation reports in compliance with international mutual recognition schemes (e.g., IECRE) 任职资格:  机械工程/航空航天工程本科及以上学历，3年以上第三方认证机构或风能行业载荷分析经验 Bachelor in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with 3+ years in 3rd-party certification or wind energy load analysis  精通风力发电机气动-结构耦合分析，熟悉Bladed、HAWC2、Flex5等专业工具的应用与模型验证 Expertise in aero-structural coupling analysis, proficient in Bladed/HAWC2/Flex5 tools with model validation experience  深入掌握IEC 61400-1载荷规范，具有至少3个完整IEC/IECRE认证项目经验 In-depth knowledge of IEC 61400-1 load specifications, minimum 3 full-cycle IEC/IECRE certification projects  熟练处理雨流计数、等效疲劳损伤及极端和外推（EOG/ECD）等载荷后处理方法 Proficient in load post-processing (rainflow counting, fatigue damage equivalence, extreme loads

(e.g.:EOG/ECD) , extrapolation)  出色的技术报告撰写能力（中英文），能独立编制符合签证官审核要求的评估文件 Excellent technical report writing skills (English/Chinese), capable of drafting certification body-review-ready documentation  基于项目情况，适当出差 Willingness to travel, when needs for projects.  流利的中英文书写和表达 Fluent in English and Chinese, oral and written.
